I have a kitty who got urine crystals and needed a PU surgery and I called 30+ different vets through Wisconsin, Minnesota, even Illinois to find someone who would work with my budget and get him in as soon as possible. I called and left a message with dr. Scot and he called me back same day between surgeries. He was able to work with me on what I could afford. He was absolutely amazing. He walked me through the whole process and wanted to see him the next morning to help him immediately. He was the only doctor who understood his urgency and was able to fit him in schedule. He is so compassionate and understanding. I couldn’t ask for a better team for my boy. The staff even let us play with the kitties they had after we dropped him off for surgery. So grateful for their whole team.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to care for your pet. Our Bernese Mountain Dog has been through quite a bit and LGAH has provided the best and most compassionate care every step of the way. Dr. Chris Welch, his team, the office staff, and every other member of their staff are compassionate, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. Their lymphoma treatment plan has resulted in way more quality time with our dog than anyone could have asked for and we cannot thank them enough. THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON AT LGAH. I would recommend them to any and everyone for all veterinary care time and again.

We needed a specialist to see my cat right away. We were able to get an appointment here very quickly. The entire staff is so friendly and seem happy to be there. The doctors we met with were so kind and everyone was sympathetic and helpful. Dr. Scott performed surgery and was able to rectify our mystery problem. I am writing this review with my kitty on my lap, who is recovering from the surgery. I'm thankful to have him back, with a chance at a nice long life now.

LGAH is amazing. I could write a novel about how awesome this place and the staff are. We brought our dog Dwight in for his chronic ear infections and Dr Scot got us scheduled for the ear surgery. Both surgeries went smooth and you can tell they really care. Sara Jean was also an incredible tech who was knowledgeable, on top of it all and great communication. We were sad he had to spend the night at the hospital after surgery but knowing Sara Jean and Dr Scot were taking care of him it made it easier. We love this hospital/the staff and can’t recommend it enough. I have never been to a vet clinic as wonderful as this one. Thank you LGAH for all you did for us and our dog Dwight. ❤️

Had my male cat fixed Hunter James at Lake Geneva Animal Hospital. I’m so glad I brought my cat there, they r absolutely top of the line animal hospital. I knew when I walked in the door that Hunter was in good hands. The receptionist was very friendly & personable. She made me feel at ease, because the thought of him being dropped off, and me not being there with him made me a little nervous. The staff is very friendly and supportive & explained to me everything that I needed to know about his procedure. Just the way they talked to Hunter & comforted him, I knew I had nothing to worry about. U could tell all the staff truly loved what they do, and their love for animals.❤️❤️ When the procedure was done, they contacted me & when I picked up Hunter he was very comfortable & resting. The staff member who brought Hunter out in his carrier explained the care for him after the procedure & she made sure I understood everything before I took Hunter home. Summarizing everything up, this animal hospital is top notch, the staff is amazingly knowledgeable & personable, very clean & sanitized facility & they make u & your pet feel like family. Hunter will definitely get all his health needs here, despite us living in Kenosha, Wisconsin this animal hospital is well worth the drive. I want to thank Lake Geneva Animal Hospital for they’re professionalism & compassion & care given to my baby boy Hunter James.
