I took my kitten to this clinic because she had diarrhea—but she was still eating on her own. Just before we left home, she asked for food, followed me around, meowed, and sought affection. Her eyes were full of love and life. She was walking, alert, and responsive. I called around 8:00 p.m. and was told they could see her at 10:00 p.m. I arrived at 9:50 p.m. sharp, but from the very beginning, the staff showed a shocking lack of empathy, as if this were a joke. They immediately separated me from my baby and took her to the back without letting me stay with her. Then, they handed me documents I was required to sign, which released them from all responsibility for anything that might happen to my pet. They also made me choose whether I would authorize CPR for over $400 if something went wrong—all of this before she was even seen by a vet. After a long wait, someone came out to tell me she still hadn’t been seen because there were four pets ahead of her. She wasn’t examined until around 12:00 a.m., and I was then moved into a separate room to wait even longer. When the doctor finally came in, she started telling unrelated stories about other kittens with supposedly worse cases—smiling as if they were amusing. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and insensitive. Every time I tried to ask something, she cut me off, as if my questions bothered her. After barely five minutes, she left the room and sent a nurse with a paper listing what they planned to give my kitten and the total cost. The list included fluids, a dewormer, and an antibiotic. The prices were extremely high—at least double what I would have paid at my regular vet. What truly upset me was that they told me the dewormer and antibiotic would likely cause more diarrhea. Since my kitten was already being treated for diarrhea and dehydration—and was already on an antibiotic prescribed by her primary vet—I declined both medications. Giving her additional antibiotics would have only worsened her diarrhea and increased her dehydration. As for the fluids, I asked if it was necessary to give her more, since she had already received fluids earlier that day from her regular vet, and was scheduled for another dose at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. They told me it wasn’t necessary, that she looked good—alert, awake—and that she could easily make it through the night with fluids and warmth at home. So, I only paid for the exam, and they told me to wait in the car while they brought her out. When I received her, she was unrecognizable. Her body was limp, freezing cold, unresponsive, and clearly in pain. She began having spasms, and her little face showed deep suffering. I watched her slowly fade away. She died at 3:50 a.m. I saw the light leave her eyes. Their only response was, “We’re sorry, but this happens often.” They offered cremation, but I refused. I chose to take her home with me. The only reason I went to this clinic was because it was the only one open at the time. I curse the moment I made that decision. After reading countless reviews—many describing almost identical experiences—I no longer have any doubt that they were responsible for my kitten’s death. This was not a coincidence. It was negligence, or worse. Please, always read reviews and comments from other clients before taking your pet anywhere. This place is not a clinic that helps or saves lives—it is a direct path to death.

Turn around !!!! Go to Blue Pearl in Appleton,wi for an er vet! PAWS knew I was on my way 2 hour drive, my diabetic dog was going into ketosis, he needed help fast they denied him at the door because the receptionist went to pick him up and he growled.she said we can't take him now until your vet prescribes him a sedative med.i begged and begged them to help me,but no! On my way to Appleton my baby had 3 seizures the last one caused a massive heart attack and he died in my arms! I've never hated a business or so called one more then I do paws! Please don't waste your time.they could of used a muzzle, and saved his life but turned us away. They killed him.he was a 9 pound malshi ! He was my baby! I don't have kids he was my kid! If u love your animal don't bother bringing them here! Please save your pets by not coming here!

This place is really amazing. The staff was great from the time I called until the time we left the clinic. They helped us with our dog when he struggled to get out of the car. Our dog had a scary issue and they handled everything with great care at all steps of the visit this evening. We are so thankful they are there to give animals care in an urgent manner. Their prices are absolutely reasonable for the care they give. Medications and time are definitely worth what we paid. Thank you so much for assisting us with our furry family member today.

We took our one year old Goldendoodle to PAW HealthNetwork after he ingested an unknown amount of mouse bait. The staff advised us when we called that there were a couple of others due to arrive at our same ETA. When we got there, staff appropriately took Cooper back for an exam immediately. We were informed of the treatment plan and treatment was started very quickly. The doctors and staff worked very closely with Poison Control the entire stay to ensure the best treatment. Even though he had a three night stay, I am so thankful for the care he received. I will admit that I made the mistake mid-stay of reading the reviews which gave me more anxiety but also urged me to ask more questions and communicate more with the staff and doctors! We are over a week post-hospital stay and I am happy to report that Cooper is doing well! I will be forever grateful for the care he received!

I took my cat here a few months ago due to being very lathargic and not breathing well. The front office staff was nice. I waited out there and they brought me back shortly after and the male vet came in pretty much telling me that i need to put my cat down there's nothing they can really do. Literally no empathy, no compassion, I was bawling and he was just staring at me asking what I wasn't him to do with my cat. It was honestly horrendous. He is a terrible vet and should not be able to work with animals. Everyone else was very nice to me. He is a terrible person.
