I don't think I have one single good thing to say about this vet. We have given them numerous chances. Have spoken to other people about the type of charges we get and treatment we receive, they are surprised, our animal looks healthy to others. If you have animals that live in the country look elsewhere! They also can't seem to keep track of billing! We paid $550 for thr puppy package and had to play $200 on top of it because they didn't enter our payment into the system. Even after we brought in our credit card statement they didn't honor it. Our puppy also receieved repeat shots because they didn't have record of our first visit.

Last visit I sat in a room for 30 minutes before the Vet came in. Had other concerns also, instead of addressing them the Vet told me four times in ten minutes if I didn't care for the Edgerton Vet clinic I could go somewhere else. I'm going somewhere else!

They love my Buster and Franky as if they were their own pets. The follow up wellness call sold me when Franky was ill
