Allied Emergency Veterinary Service

Having to put down my poor cat was one of the worst experience of my life, but they made it easier. They were absolutely amazing during the whole experience. Even though everyone (and I mean everyone) was baffled of what was going on with my poor baby, they gave us the time and information we needed. I truly believe that experience couldn’t have gone better. There was nothing they could do to save my baby boy. They explained everything and made the lost of my first pet was made easier. I thank everyone there. It was worth the 1 and a half hour drive and 6 hours spent their for that care. My baby deserved that care. They saw my family struggling, and they gave us options to remember him by. They gave my sister and I jars of my babies fur, free of charge, after they heard us mention how soft it was and that we would miss it. They told us we could get his paw prints and get clay molds (One was free with cremation. The other was $23) which was extremely kind because memorabilia is important to me. This clinic was the only one remotely near me with the raving reviews and 24/7 care we were looking for. I would and will recommend this clinic to everyone in a heartbeat.

It isn’t common that shelter animals and shelter workers/ fosters are treated with the same care and concern as household pets. The staff at Allied Eau Claire worked in my foster momma cat when they were quite busy. They treated me like her person despite me only fostering her for about a week. And treated her like a beloved pet. She went with dignity and respect as comfortably as possible.

I have a very elderly dog who started having seizures late at night and was not doing well at all. We knew she was suffering and it was her time to go. We live in Tomah and called around to places with no luck, the closest emergency animal hospital that would help us was the Eau Claire location, so we drove an hour and a half to put her out of her misery. The staff was prompt and so kind, they gave us the time we needed with her and showed us compassion in the short period of time we were there. You can tell they really care about the animals and we are so grateful for them.

We brought in our 15 year old hound, Axe, to Allied Vet this morning when we realized it was his time to go. Our regular vet couldn't get him in until tomorrow and we didn't want him to suffer any longer. The staff was so caring. Our boy got to taste some chocolate before he crossed the rainbow bridge. Thank you, Dr. Schuster and all the staff for being there.

We lost a very important part of our family the day we visited Allied. The people working there made it as good of an experience as they could have considering the circumstances. They were very considerate, nice, and sympathetic. Me and my fiancée really appreciate how attentive and kind they were. We also really appreciate the sympathy card they sent with our baby's nose and paw prints. They made a terrible situation a little less bad and we are very grateful for that. Thank you so much 💚
