We just started coming here awhile back and I am highly impressed from the service to the prices. Dr.John has taken care of both my dogs and cat and has been phenomenal with all of them. The staff is friendly but each time I have brought in my dog or cat the dr didn’t explain things very well to me and I felt rushed. They weren’t very thorough either. I think they also have taken on too many patients and aren’t able to reasonably accommodate all of them. Their appointments are booked out 6-8 weeks it seems like. Unless you want to call right when they open and get charged extra for an “emergency” appointment. Not all appointments are emergencies but also shouldn’t wait almost two months to be seen. I was forced to find a different local vet that was able to see my dog within a few days of calling.

We had an emergency with one of our dogs. They got us in for an urgent care visit the same day that I called. Staff is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. We were given options for treatment and walked through the entire process. Over all great care!

We LOVE Dr John and Dr Jen! They are wonderful with our pets and always listen to any questions or concerns we have l. They will also determine if we really NEED to bring our pet in or can we just get a refill of a medicine they have previously used , saving us an office charge.

After a week of not being able to get my cat urgently seen, Animal Hospital of De Pere took him in. We saw Dr. Jen, and she is just incredible. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and was open and transparent about what was going on and the treatment options. 100% recommend.
