The vet/doc has pulled through pretty much everytime. The staff has been either straight to business or friendly. We bring them our cats in poor health or suffering unknown conditions and we leave with a proper diagnosis and treatment. They are a bit expensive but having pets is, comes with the territory in my mind. I hope they stay in business for a while.

I've taken our puppies here twice and both times everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The vet takes his time, I never feel rushed or like an inconvenience to him, he takes the time to educate about training, habits and good diet options. The puppies and I are in great hands and very happy we were able to obtain this vet. I couldn't be happier. Paws down the best and most reasonably priced vet in the whole Yakima area.

Dr. Ken is great with my two dogs. One is pretty large, stubborn, strong and has anxiety in new places but the office staff here handle him with the utmost care and love.
