How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Lazy K9 Veterinary Services LLC
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

I was apprehensive about contacting Dr. Joe and not just taking my dog to a Vet clinic but he turned out to be such a God send. I called and left a voicemail and about 15 minutes later Dr. Joe called back and we went over everything going on. He came out for a check the next day and since then he’s been my go-to for any concern with my dog. I have one of those constantly trying to off herself dogs or accident prone dogs. I recommend him to anyone in the area due to his kind personality as well as his affordability.

The Dr was amazing. He called me back right away and gave me things to try before he came out. I will definitely be using him again. I know my dogs are more comfortable in my home than at a vet clinic.

This guy comes right to your door. He also provides veterinary services at the fraction of what other vets charge. He doesn't have a brick and mortar store with all sorts of expensive equipment. This is an experienced, licensed vet who will provide judgements based on decades of experience. Why spend $200 for a vet when he can come to you for 30? If he doesn't fix your problem then you can go to another vet who will charge you 200, but for me it was the right call
