I wish I got the techs name who took care of my girl. She was so sweet and put my anxious cat at as much ease as possible. It was my first time taking Zoey to the vet and I was very worried how she would do, but the team was so caring. Though we didn’t get the diagnosis we were hoping for, I appreciated the consistent and honest communication. They helped us and explained steps for imaging/diagnosis to help us make informed decisions for our girl. I appreciate the team’s compassion and communication during this tough time. Edit: I wanted to add that is was very easy to make an appointment online. We didn’t use our appointment time since we decided to take our girl in a day earlier. But even when we took her in as a walk in, we were seen very quickly.

Best vet experience ever! Was very worried about my older cat and they were able to get him in immediately. The estimate they initially gave me covered every possible scenario. They started at the simple end and were able to determine what was wrong with him very quickly. They were patient, understanding and kind. I did not feel pressured into any sort of treatment. I felt that they gave a superior level of care and their level of knowledge was phenomenal. I ended up paying far less than the estimate and don't know what else to say except they were absolutely wonderful

I took my puppy Mae Mae here. I just want to say thank you for everything. Kayley,Callie Dr. B. They were very nice and super helpful. The price was actually a good price. I recommend taking your animal here if I could I would give them 10 Stars thank you for making my dog feel comfortable there.

I have never left a review for any place ever before but I was sooo very happy with how fast they were to get my dog in. Same day as the call and they were so sweet to me and my dog and treat him with the very best care. Very professional and try to help you with every aspect possible. They are very upfront about the services that need to be preformed and the pricing of everything down to the percentage % that adds into the payment if you use a card! They will let you spend time trying to find the funds for the entire visit plus meds and stuff. I couldn’t be more happy with Pet Urgent Care of Spokane. And I will most definitely will be referring people to you guys! Now we are home and my dog is finally comfortable and is able to sleep after not having much of it the last couple of days! Also the pricing was actually VERY reasonable for the things that my dog needed. Thank you again Pet Urgent Care of Spokane! You guys are hands down the best.

Dr. Karshner and her team were amazing. I was able to book a same day appointment online, and everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. My cat was having urinary issues and they took superb care of her and also made efforts to keep the final bill from being higher than it needed to be. I would highly recommend this facility for your fuzzy family's urgent medical needs.
