My cat has been limping for a few days so I brought him here. The appointment took a little over an hour and they treated us both well. I paid less than I thought I would for an exam, X-ray, and medication, so I'm grateful we could get in so quickly. These factors have impressed me enough to want to take my other cats there for services in the future.

Jet City Animal Clinic deserves every one of these five stars! I found the clinic at the recommendation of a colleague and couldn't be happier! I brought my corgi in recently for a pretty nasty rash that seemed to pop up out of nowhere. He was miserable, and honestly, I was freaking out a bit--nothing worse than seeing your pup uncomfortable and not knowing how to help. From the moment we walked in, the staff were all kind, quick, and super understanding. A special shout-out to Dr. Erica Anderson. She was incredible. Not only did she explain everything thoroughly without up-selling (which I really appreciated), but she also took the time to make sure my little guy felt safe and calm during the whole visit. Dr. Anderson quickly diagnosed the issue, gave us a treatment plan that actually worked, and followed up to make sure everything was healing as expected. My corgi is back to his sassy, zoomie-loving self, and I couldn't be more grateful. Seattle has no shortage of vet clinics, but Jet City definitely stands out. Not just for the clean, modern space-- but for the genuine care they show. Highly recommend, especially if you're a fellow corgi parent.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic after a recent experience. I chose this clinic last year because of convenient location to my home and Saturday hours. They will now be my go-to clinic for all future pets. I called on a weekday morning with an urgent appointment request. The staff at the front desk was incredibly kind. When I brought in my cat, Egg, Dr. Hsu was patient and understanding while she heard my concerns. The procedure my cat needed was performed in-house, and the transparency regarding cost was so helpful. My cat ended up at an emergency vet 3 days later(on a Sunday) and we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize. When I relayed the information to Jet City, they were heartbroken with me. Even though they did not provide his last day of care or cremation, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and recently a card that had personal messages written by the staff. My heart is full, and my mind is made up on who we will use in the future if we decide to adopt again. ❤️

My visit to this place was not good at all. Since the first step entering the door, both front desk staff didn’t greet me at all, as if I am a homeless came to ask for food or money. The vet is a lady is very minimal communicate with me. She didn’t say anything if I didn’t ask. To make it worst she didn’t prescribe my dog who has diarrhea and vomitting with anything. she only asked me if I want to have my dog’s poop to be lab tested. So I went there only to be told to come back with poop sample. My last visit to this place, will not recommend.

Jet City was absolutely amazing! From scheduling the appointment with Caroline, seeing Thomas for vitals and meeting Dr. Blank. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend Jet City if your pet (or even you) has anxiety like mine!! 10/10 experience! Thank you all!!!
