How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Cat Clinic of Seattle

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

The doctors and staff at the Cat Clinic of Seattle are the best. I'm currently on my third cat with them. They provide competent and compassionate care and helped me so much with my two former cats who lived to 16 and 18. The Cat Clinic is the cat's meow with this crazy cat lady.

They truly love cats! I tried taking my kitties to a different vet for a couple years, but ended up coming back because they are just so much better with cats. They take copious notes on each cat and handle them so well. And I love the office cats too.

This clinic is simply the best, and Dr Hoyer has been such a great partner in our senior kitty's care for the past several years. They are thoughtful, friendly, and everybody truly loves cats. Once you go to a dedicated feline veterinary office, you'll wonder how you ever managed without. Everyone is professional and helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went there for the first time for an annual visit. The doc was very thorough and explained everything well and they really care about the health and safety of the cats and their staff. My cat had some tests done and the results arrived next day and the doc was very compassionate and laced out all the options for my cats treatment. I flat very seen and heard. Would highly recommend.

For 8 years after I moved to Seattle they took care of my 10 year old cat up till she passed at the age of 18. The entire staff was loving, caring, and understanding of my cats needs. They offer great advice and a great amount of empathy for our little companions, as well as their human counterparts. Their direction helped my furry companion live a long life. They truly care, and when it came time to let her go, I firmly believe they shared my dismay. After 8 months of letting go, I brought a couple of 8 week old littermates (a super cute male and adorable female) into my home to share life with. Having been the caretaker of an elderly cat for many years I'd forgotten what to do with kittens and their direction was greatly appreciated. The kittens were needing the usual vaccinations and, not too long ago, they needed to be spayed and neutered. Again, I received the best care I've ever experienced including guidance and empathy. I'm very grateful for such a great place that specializes in feline treatment that truly cares about my little companions. I highly recommend to everyone looking for a professional caretaker for their cats. Whether it be preventative care or dealing with sickness or aging issues, as long as I live in Seattle, I will always use their services.
