My cat has been a patient at Broadway Veterinary Hospital for the past five years and I've had nothing but good experiences with them during this time. The staff are professional, knowledgable, kind, and clearly adore the animals they work with. The prices are fair and I've never felt like they're trying to upsell me for no reason. They've been great about getting my cat in for an appointment very promptly when issues arise, and they always follow up afterwards to see how he's doing. Highly recommend BVH.

Broadway vet is amazing. We have taken Milo here since he was a kitten, and our previous cat up until the day he passed. Idk how they do it. Milo is a little spicy at home, but will let our 3yr old carry him around by the neck, and our 9yr old dress him up, but take him to the vet, and he becomes an unrecognizable feral beast. Even with a couple doses of gabapentin the previous night and right before, he was growling, hissing, and all teeth and claws, I was pretty shocked, but the tech and Dr were cool as cucumbers. So much patience for him.

​Sadly, even though our first experience was good, our second was terrible. ​We had two back-to-back appointments scheduled for two of our cats. We were running late due to a broken carrier and arrived 16 minutes after the first appointment time. On our way there, they called to inform us about their 10-minute late cancellation policy. I asked if we could at least still have our second cat checked during the second appointment slot since we had already traveled so far. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and coldly said no, claiming "that’s our policy." She offered no further explanation or accommodation as to why we couldn't attend an appointment that we were actually 14 minutes early for. ​When we arrived at the clinic frustrated, we spoke to the same woman from the phone. I explained a little frustrated but still in a calm voice, "I understand why we missed the first appointment, but why can't we still see the vet for the second one?" I also explained that our second carrier had failed, forcing us to make a makeshift one. Instead of listening, the front desk receptionist accused us of being rude and walked into the back room. From there, we could hear her falsely accusing us of cursing at her, being aggressive, and threatening her. ​Taken aback by these wild accusations, we started recording the interaction. She then came back out and tried to invent excuses for why we couldn't be seen. First, she claimed we were 40 minutes late—which was a lie, it had only been 16 minutes. When we called her out, she shifted to another excuse, claiming we had never been to the clinic before. When we called out that lie, she claimed we hadn't sent over our cats' medical records—ALSO a lie, as we sent them exactly when requested. Finally, she argued that there were sick animals that needed help. While that is completely fair, we asked how that impacted our second scheduled appointment, which wasn't for another 15 minutes. She had no response. ​Instead, she went back into the office and claimed we were shouting at her. I refuted this, pointing out that we were recording and clearly just calmly explaining our frustration. At that point, they kicked us out. It was a truly bizarre and honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Edit, their response to my review is very disappointing but showing the same coldness as they were in person. They've addressed none of the concerning points I've brought up and brushed it off as personal matters. What a shame but expected nonetheless🙂‍↕️ Edit 2: Following my edit above, they revised their response to sound more professional, twice! I guess the 15th try is the charm!

They take such good care of my babies Ibee & Razor. They know Ibee is a little anxious so they always make sure to speak to her calmly and give her extra time. Razor LOVES the attention from the staff :) 10/10 recommendd

I truly can’t recommend Broadway Veterinary Hospital enough. Dr. Rawlings and the entire team are exceptional professionals who clearly care deeply about the animals they treat. I called about 15 minutes before closing on a Friday after realizing my cat had ingested something toxic and needed urgent blood work, and they immediately told me to come in without hesitation. Multiple staff members stayed well past closing to run tests and make sure we had clear answers and a plan. Throughout the entire experience, they were thorough, communicative, and incredibly supportive, making sure I felt informed and cared for every step of the way. It’s rare to find a team that combines this level of medical expertise with such genuine care. If you’re looking for a vet who will truly go the extra mile for you and your pet, this is the place.
