The staff was friendly to me and to my pet. The vet spent far longer than I expected with us and was very thorough in the exam. It sometimes can take a couple of weeks to get an appointment but we have never been disappointed with the care our animals have received.

Everything was going well until COVID. Our dog has separation anxiety and something happened between normal life and COVID where he is afraid and aggressive at the vets now. Plus they only have one vet for the ENTIRE military population in Whidbey so good luck getting an appointment within two months.
