How fortunate we are in the Spokane area to have an emergency facility closer than WSU Veterinary school. The individuals that are called to care for our extended family are deeply appreciated. The priority to communicate with the owner the best line of defense to preserve your pets life is so helpful.

Dr. Witt came out to give our 3 year old Mule a light sedation due to him still being rather spooky with his back legs. She was very sweet and the process was nice and easy. Would always recommend McKinlay Peters

Highly experienced and knowledgeable team of equine doctors and a state of the art facility. Whether it's routine dental work at the clinic or a 3:00 a.m. emergency call, I highly recommend MPEH. This team is truly driven by their love of the horse.

A brand inspection which is $25 all in, with the brand inspector, was $90 at MP. I understand the convenience factor but consider that price gouging extraordinaire!

If I had the option to not leave any stars, that is what I would do. Do not waste your time or money with these people. . First, as a "new client" they shuffled my appointment around and changed the vet on me 1 day before the intended appointment. Which was a huge inconvenience not only for me, but for my work. I was lucky to be able to do it. The vet was very kind, but did not give any kind of conclusive results. They were supposed to email me their findings. After I called them multiple times over a 5 day period, they finally said it was done, but they did not have an email for me. Dont you think they should have called me to get an email to send me what I paid for? Not only were they unable to give me any answers, but they took blood for 2 tests to be shipped off. I finally got a call for the first one, 2.5 weeks later, which I expected. Its been a month since my initial visit and they have not called or emailed me the results from the second test. Not only have I not received the rest of my results, but they seemed to have time to send me a brochure in the mail "thanks for trusting us with your horse" Is this a joke? I will never be going back to them. Maybe if you have a $80,000 horse, they would treat you better. If you have a horse you just rescued from terrible conditions, and are trying to get it the help they need so they aren't in constant discomfort, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
