After having pneumonia my pup developed a dry cough. I requested an appt. Orcas vet called back promptly and I even got in a day earlier than I requested online! I was seen promptly and the exam was thorough with plenty of respect for my boy's anxiety about being at the vet. We ended up leaving with a round of antibiotics. I'm pleased to say my guy is doing much better now! Thank you for everything you do for all of our fur babies!

Vet was detailed and thorough in taking care of our dog, last minute emergency care for pancreatitis. A wee bit surprised at the $1100 bill I was whacked with after just a couple of hours of care and treatment. Yikes. On a side note, the vet could work on her customer service skills a bit. Customers don't like to be 'talked down to'. Condescension, although subtle, isn't appreciated. We're all experts in our own field, but let's treat each other respectfully. Otherwise, they did a great job on the our dog.

Dr. D and the entire staff are always so friendly and helpful. They treat my dog with the utmost level of care. I would absolutely recommend them to any pet owner.
