This company doesn’t know how to operate and banks on gimmicky nuances like post cards. The reality is they’re over priced, not responsive, and in over their heads. Every other week it seems like they have computer issues, can’t write prescriptions, or staffing issues. I want to thank everyone at Petit Brook for helping Jasper through his Mast Cell Tumors! I want to thank this amazing crew for helping save Jaspers life! I'm praying Jasper will have many more years. But it's only because of you guys. Thank you for your help! I know we aren't out of the woods yet and there's more fighting that Jasper needs to do.
