Absolutely love North Suffolk Animal Clinic; Dr. Matt Browning and staff are examples of great customer service and care for your animal rolled into one. In my opinion, the best animal clinic in Hampton Roads!

I’ve been coming here for twelve years. 7 of those years I have my family bring my pet here because I moved out of state. There had never been an issue with them bringing my pet and then the front desk calling me for payment. But this last time I was notified by the front desk that they were instructed to tell me they don’t accept payment plans. I’ve always paid my bill in full these past 7 years and my family brings my pet at least twice a year for checkups and shots. As soon as they checkout, the vet calls me and then I pay the bill. I’m not sure what happened within these past seven years but it made me feel like I was a first timer and hadn’t been seeing them for twelve years. It was cold. They are a great vet but that personable feeling I use to get just isn’t there with the front anymore or with whatever this policy is about.

Dr Koger is fantastic! I recommend her to anyone with any furbabies! She is so understanding and patient. You can tell she really cares about you and your animals! She is definitely our #1 choice. The entire staff is so friendly and understanding as well!

North Suffolk Animal Clinic is outstanding. They are kind and compassionate, which is what we really value about them. Dr. Blanchard is wonderful and always takes time to explain the situation and discuss our options. I highly recommend them.
