I brought my cat Sylvie to Helping Hands for an emergency surgery to save her life. Everybody at the office was extremely friendly and caring and they did everything they possibly could to make sure the surgery went smoothly, and I still have my cat today because of it. Thank y'all so much we could've never afforded the surgery otherwise and would've lost her.

I have used Helping Hands for two dental surgeries, a spay and a soft palate surgery for my rescue pugs. The team is amazing, from intake to release. The doctors are caring, thorough and the follow up shows they really care about the animals that come through their care. Thank you for making veterinary surgery accessible!!!

Employees were nice and informative when I have my puppy spayed. I like the instant message regarding appointment and uploading information. I have to postpone my puppy’s visit since she was in heat the first time. Less expensive compared to my puppy’s regular vet but not cheap either. I definitely would recommend them for spaying and neutering for less expensive operation.

We have been going here for quality, affordable veterinary care for years. The staff are friendly and take good care of our dogs. Just important is that the doctor calls and tells us of any concerns or just to let us know what is going on. This visit was just for dental but in the past we have had surgery too. Usually we have had three dogs but we are down to two currently. We are amazed at the folks who travel from all over to bring their pets here. It is an hour and a half away from us but worth the trip. During COVID, we would get a hotel room for the day and could work from the room. There are also a lot of sightseeing things to do in the area as well. We recommend you check them out.

The staff at Helping Hands is so nice and helpful, and Dr. Talbott is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. She was able to remove an eyelid growth on our old Labrador that had grown back after being removed once at a specialty clinic (apologies for the graphic before and after images!). Three months later and so far, absolutely no sign of the growth recurring. The scar is basically invisible, and he never even had to wear a cone! Plus, the cost was less than 1/3 of what it would have been elsewhere. We are very happy that he'll be more comfortable during the time he has left :)
