Loudoun Veterinary Service (LVS) saw my dog as a "drop in" on the day I called when his current vet couldn't do a "drop in" until the following Tue (5 day wait!). I'm so glad LVS could see him right away because he has a double ear infection. I dropped him off at 9:30 am and LVS called at 11:00 am to come pick him up. I wasn't expecting to pick him up until much later in the day. I was given medications and great instructions on what to do on my end and made an follow-up appt in 2 weeks to see how he's doing (previous vet has never done a follow-up appt). I was and still am so thankful for their help and how helpful and friendly everyone was, I had all of his records transferred to LVS! I can't thank the staff enough for taking him in the same day I called and the amazing concern and care they showed. LVS rocks!!!!!!! Thanks to everyone, you are amazing!!!!!!!!

The office personnel made time for me to bring in my sick dog, even though there were no appointments available. I was able to drop him off until a vet could see him. I am very grateful for their kindness and commitment!

It took me a long time to write the review. The staff has always been kind; however, Dr. Acha could never remember that my cat was a male, prescribed the wrong medicine, and tried to convince me I'd signed off on the medicine.

Dr. Stang is the best!! Takes the time to explain treatment choices/options. Years of experience result in accurate diagnoses the first time around. Always feel like I get the best cars available from him.
