The veterinarian here is amazing! And so is there staff. My lab mix with showing symptoms a couple weeks ago where he was losing for around one of his eyes and on the top of his nose. I was able to get an appointment the next day and left with medicine to treat him and vitamins to help him. Highly recommend.

I have taken my very large older dog here twice and they have been great. The staff is very nice and the doctor is just as kind. I felt very nervous bringing my old boy in and their approach definitely eased my nerves. It's really appreciated.

The staff seems very nice, and so is Dr. Phelps. Just got my kitty in 2020, so I can't tell you more about the experience due to their COVID protocols, we can't sit in there with our fur babies yet. That's about the only thing that sucks about the experience...

They have been consistent with fair procing, and not failed to help my dog but the system they've been using since COVID is rather absurd. Very long waits outside in the car, and recently they started letting one person in with a mask. That sounds like a reasonable precaution on paper, but the reality is that you have to pay a dollar for a mask for the privilege of being in the room alone with your dog to keep him calm. I only got within 6 foot of another human for a few very brief moments. Seeing my father in the emergency room just a few weeks ago in Roanoke I wasn't asked to wear a mask once. I don't think there's any real thought behind that policy anymore.

Visit went great. Pets and owners are still being asked to wait in car to be called to appt. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dr Phelps is still our all time favorite vet.
