We had a very pleasant experience here. From the moment we came in the clinic we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The clinic is clean and spacious. Dr Smith was very nice and knowledgeable, and took her she took her time. We are very happy and will be back.

Took my dog here for an emergency/sick visit. They worked me and I was apprehensive to a do a drop off since my dog can be difficult to handle but they handled him with ease and compassion. Kept in great contact with me while he was there. They also were great about contacting and speaking with my regular vet. Was very impressed with all the staff! Everyone was friendly and very professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

Made the switch to Whiskers & Tails to avoid a 30-60 minute drive. It was a great decision. Highly organized, personal, and professional. We had a dog that was having misdiagnosed issues and on the first visit they diagnosed the issue and resolved it. Then, had to put our senior dog down sooner than expected, the compassion and personalization was above and beyond my expectations.

Excellent care. A bit more expensive than other vets but they can get you in and the care is excellent.
