Best customer service from the time I walked in the door made me feel welcome. The doctor was wonderful, she was friendly, she laughed, she, the puppy loved her, and she walked just through everything, and there was no one discussed charges. Everything was absolutely just as good as I could have expected it to be for my first puppy visit. Thank you so much, and we look forward to seeing you in 4 weeks.

I just moved here recently from Tampa Florida. Two of my 4 dogs are elderly and two are middle aged. I brought my 2 older dogs in for their first appointment with doctor shepherd and was very happy with the care that we received and how we were treated by all of the staff.

I can’t tell you how happy I am with Dr Novitskie. She has taken so much time with us and our poor little Aussie that has seizures. I loved Dr Gates and French, they have brought this wonderful woman to town. I can’t tell you how much this has meant to us. I would recommend this practice to everyone in the area or out.

Everyone there was great! I have a dog that has not had good experiences at the vet. They worked with her to make her comfortable as well as making my husband and I comfortable. Would recommend them above all others I have seen.

Dr French and the staff at Ridge are not only goid for standard medical care, but always go out of their way to assist in last minute emergencies with our animals. The care, dedication and compassion shown by everyone there is outstanding!
