I’ve been going to this Banfield location for almost 9 years, and I can’t thank them enough! All of the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. With four furbabies, I’m at the vet pretty often, haha—but every visit is a great experience. Dr. Howell is absolutely amazing!!!! She always goes above and beyond for my fur babies, treating them as if they were her own. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every single question with patience and compassion, and always helps us understand what’s best for our babies. I like Banfield in Fairlakes. Dr. Yanovich knows Brownie since she was a puppy. As veterinary she is very knowledgeable, nice and always explain everything I need to know about my dog. The personal at the front desk are very friendly and always provide a good customer service.

We've been going to an MD Banfield location for almost 3 years, but I had to find a new one since we moved to Virginia. Yesterday, we first went to this location because of a bump on my 3-year-old dog. Dr. Howell is absolutely amazing. She took the time to examine, explain everything clearly, and answered every single question I had. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. One of her staff called me this morning to see how my dog is doing. It was a surprise. We are sure we found an excellent doctor and team for my dog in Virginia.

Huge shout out to Dr. Howell and Cherish for wrangling my two German Shepherds and leaving with BOTH tails wagging!! Dr. Howell was extremely helpful in diagnosing both ear infections and working with us to find a path forward to address the many skin issues we need to manage. From start to finish, entire visit was great and we are on the road to recovery!!! Thank you Banfield Fair Lakes Center!!

Everyone at Banfield Pet Hospital at Fair Lakes has provided exceptional customer service and care to my dogs Elsa & Stella over the years - from the front desk receptionists and vet techs to the doctors (Yanovich & Howell)- so much so that even when I moved to another city, I continued to bring my dogs here because it’s worth the travel. They are professional and friendly and truly care about your pets’ well-being.
