I cannot thank the staff here enough!! I have a rescued kitten that has been sick for 2+ weeks and is now in our care and I called 5 different places and either I could walk in and wait 3+ hours to see the one and only vet or we'd have to wait till August for an appointment. I called here and they got us in, a little over an hour later and I'm so incredibly thankful. Our kitten is very young under 8 weeks and he could've gotten very sick if left untreated. They were kind, informative and gave us an estimate but they found he was too young for one test and the other they chose not to do since he wasn't showing signs of it so they didn't try and squeeze me for money. The prices were reasonable and they treated me with respect and compassion. Our little baby boy is doing so much better in a matter of days and is a whole different kitten! He's full of life and has one heck of an appetite. When we brought him in, he was mouthy, no appetite, not very playful and very thin. That has all changed in a few days of him being on medicine. The baby food they gave him and told us we can give him, is his absolute favorite and go to now. He's already putting on weight and is super playful with his brother and is full of life!! This place will be our regular vet!

Not pleased at all with these people. My dog walked in to have stitches removed and he was unable to walk out. No use of hind legs. Said it came from inflammation of an old injury. Well isn’t that a coincidence that it started while in their care?

I have only been here once, but I had a great experience. They got me in quicker than anywhere else to have a cat spayed. They were very easy to communicate with and did a great job with my cat. I would definitely return. I also called initially because I have family members that swear by them.

I did not visit, but called asking for advice, the young lady that answered the phone helped me all that she possibly could. I was so pleased with the way she handled the phone call. I used to take my cat there and he was seen by Dr. Betterton, she is wonderful! I moved quite a distance away and changed vets. After this call, I truly believe I will switch back to Brosville Animal Clinic!
