At check-in told them everything our new dog needed, including that he needed a flea and tick prescription, she told us it would be $185 for the whole package they had so we went with it, at checkout the charged us $300 saying that the flea and tick prescription was not included in the package which was never once mentioned at check-in. If we would have know the real cost we would NOT have done with the full package but it was made to seem that the $185 included EVERYTHING we told her we needed when in fact it DIDNT! We had no choice at the time but to pay and leave as our very large dog who has never been off a farm was trying to get to the other dogs in line. I am currently trying to call their customer service and have been on hold for over 17minutes and counting now and I have still yet to speak to a real person. The fact that the prescription was NOT going to be included should have been made very clear as we would have gone with a smaller package if we would have known the real cost of it all.
