My dog got his foot stuck in a heater floor vent cover and was in a lot of pain we could not get it off at home he was in so much pain he was trying to bite us while we were helping him. I knew he had to go be put to sleep in order to get it fixed. Im living in Louisa and couldnt find any vet that would help but vetts took him right in and got it off within 20 minutes. These people were so kind about everything to deal with my dog hulk getting the care he needed they even cut his toenails (which he never let me do he would bit the trimmers 🤣 ) and they did it for free i expected to be paying close to 1,000.00 for services and they knew i didnt have any money currently (dont judge everyone has had their down moments) and i walked away paying less than 350.00! And now my boy is feeling back to him self it was bad but small incident and i was really upset about it but they were so easy going i instantly felt better when we walked in. Thank you guys so much for saving his toe and most importantly the hospitality and understanding that was shown 🥰

I had a very old cat. I've had him since I was 7 or 8. He was a very good boy. He went downhill this weekend and I called here to see how much it'd be for us to put him to rest, and thankfully it was only $130ish for the euthanisia. After talking to Greenbrier this was a relief. It absolutely is insane to have to consider your finances to determine if your pet can rest in peace or go suffering. I wanted him cremated and returned to me which cost extra but not too badly. In the end it totalled a bit over $300. Everyone that works here is amazing. I could barely speak but they didn't push or ask many questions. They were all understanding and sympathetic. It all went very smoothly. I'm glad my old man is finally at peace and resting. I can't thank everyone here enough for their help today, which has been a very long weekend for us. Tux would've loved you all as well. I would highly recommend these vets for anyone considering them. Tux September 2007/8 - July 2024

VETSS is the best!! The receptionists make sure to do everything they can to get your pet in ASAP and are very professional over the phone and in person. The vet techs and vets care so much for my pets, understanding that these are my fur babies, making sure to check everything needed in order to send me and my dog home happy and healthier then when we came in.

We went to VETTS for end of life care for our 10 year old pug, Santiago, as he was suffering with prostate cancer. They were compassionate, gentle, informative, and could always get us in no matter what. This last week I had to make the impossible decision to let my baby go. It wasn’t easy, but the vets and techs gave wonderful advice, were transparent, and never made me feel like I was forced into anything. Not only were they gentle and sensitive with santi, but they were with me as well while I was a blubbering mess. Letting a dog go is never easy, but for such a horrid, impossible decision, VETTS consoled me. Thank you all.
