How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Forest Lakes Veterinary Clinic
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Bull§hit! Only interested in the $ value of treating a pet, not the pet being treated. I'd give no stars but not an option .. screw Duval a d the rest of his staff of fakers .. if he weren't retired, Dr. Hagen has planetary mass more substance than Duval..

The doctor and staff are phenomenal. The prices are honest and not overpriced or inflated. The treatment is loving and compassionate. I'd recommend this vet office to anyone

Dr Ed is the best vet in within six counties. I would travel across the state to bring my animals to him. I would never recommend anyone else.

My dog needed a dental cleaning along with a procedure. I called several clinics to get estimates, Forest Lakes happily provided me a detailed estimate right away for the procedures and was able to schedule us within days. Very pleasant, straight forward (no nonsense) experience with all staff and Dr. Duval. Was very refreshing to find a practice that you don’t just feel like another “chart” in. Dr. Duval was very pleasant and thorough while discussing the surgery with me. We will definitely be switching our pets care to this practice.
