I’m so happy I found this veterinarian clinic! The receptionist & vet staff were amazing and so sweet to my baby Peyton. I will always be willing to take the drive for my pup to receive their amazing care.

I have had pets all my life so I have had alot of interactions with vets and their staff. I transfered my animals to Eagle Harbor because several of my neighbors use them. Their prices are so much less than my other vet. I also had to have my sweet hound dog Ellie put down from cancer. I have never been treated so sweet and all the staff really understood my pain.I actually received several phone calls checking on me. What I really like about this place is everything you say is documented so if you forget anything the staff or vet tells you, the staff can look it up. I have found my FOREVER vet clinic.

We have been taking our dog to this clinic since 2015, and every year, the front desk staff's competence along with Dr. McCrary's availability gets worse and worse. My dog had labs completed in April and they finally got around to providing us the results in late-June (waited 2-months) even after I called numerous times about it. Finally, I had to physically go into the clinic to get a sufficient response, and again, they had the results available1-week after the labs were performed. They have become terrible at follow-thru and follow-up. Therefore, we are simply tired of overpaying for services that lack quality. We have to constantly remind the front staff to respond to a request, provide an answer to a medical question, and wait an extended period of time for an appointment. We've dealt with these aggravations longer than desired because the clinic's location is convenient, but we now decided to chose a different vet clinic.

My pup loves to go to the vet… so that says a lot about the whole team from the front desk all the way to the vet…
