The general public needs to be alerted to the vet tech being employed at Edgewater. The tech went after my husband who jokingly made a statement about how expensive it was for our dog to be treated at their clinic... there was no malice, just a light-hearted comment. She must've been having a very bad day... the tech became enraged over his comment, chewed him out, told us we are no longer welcome, and stopped the appt. for our dog. Absolutely unprofessional behavior coming from an employee making decisions for a practice that she doesn't own. Good riddance

They have taken care of my boy Jethro for over 3 years. I get email updates to schedule for his shots. I also get called to see how he is doing after office visits. My daughter has a cat Max and a dog Ellie that also go to Edgewood. They have provided great care for all are animals. They have a great team that go out there way to help.

Thanks to Dr whitney and her staff for the compassion they showed us today. My wife and I lost our ladybug and they were super heroes helping us putting her in a better place. I can't even describe how I felt at the moment. Thanks to you all. I could tell you all were upset too we love you

Had an issue with one of my cats and I took it in and the cat was taken care promptly. Excellent service, that's why go there and highly recommend them.
