Absolutely recommend ! We are very sad to be relocating to a different state and leaving Preddy Creek. They [staff, Doctors] have been absolutely wonderful working with my 2 dogs. Although, one pup is very timid and not trusting of new company they really have gone above and beyond my expectations. From delivering minor news to hard discussion detailing all the medical options. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. They send reminders and follow up with you as needed. The attentiveness went a long way with me. Anyone considering a new vet in the Charlottesville area I would highly recommend !

The doctor and staff were friendly and accomodating with my very nervous dog, as has been the case for the first seven years of my dog's life. The doctors and staff have also been relatively stable in those years, and I think seeing the same people helps my dog to get better care. Scheduling of clients (pets) seems to be well controlled, so as to avoid any possible conflicts in a stressful situaltion for them.

All of the doctors and staff at Preddy Creek Animal Clinic are fantastic! They take such great care of our animals. Even when our dog was experiencing an emergency I was confident that he was in good hands and would receive the best care!

Vet is ok but their fees keep going higher and higher. They have higher prices than most vets in the area and include no add on discounted services like a free nail trim with another paid service . They still require masks (even though hospitals no longer require them) but then don’t provide one if you don’t have one. I’m sorry it just feels like collecting fees are more important that keeping pets/clients happy. I was sorry to see Dr Powell retire. She’s definitely missed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We just moved to the area and took our dog in for an initial visit to get to know the vet and let them get to know our pup. They made our dog feel right at home, they took the necessary time to get to know her and the nuances of her backstory, and made her feel right at home.
