Dr. Carlos is absolutely amazing! He helped deliver my dog’s puppies, and from start to finish he was incredibly supportive. Before the delivery, he provided hands-on guidance and reassurance, even sharing his personal cell number so I could reach out with any questions or concerns. Even during close calls, he made sure we felt comfortable and cared for. When the big night came and my babygirl went into labor, I messaged him and he immediately knew what to do. Once we arrived, Dr. Carlos and his team welcomed me to be part of the entire process, explaining each step along the way. I am beyond grateful for the care, knowledge, and compassion he showed us. I wanted to share my experiences because my dogs are everything to me! Thank you!

Yesterday I had to take my dog for an urgent symptom and can I just say that this place was amazing. First the staff were extremely friendly and sweet. Even with how stressful the situation was, the techs were fun to joke around with and made me feel at ease. Dr. Carlos was incredible! He got down on his hands and knees and did an extremely thorough physical exam. He expressed his concerns and made sure to discuss all possible prognosis and treatments he could offer and never jumped into anything without consulting me first and discussed prices. Not once did i feel pressured to agree to a service. He even offered OTC options at home that helped ease the cost. His wife was super sweet and offered to answer any of my questions even after closing time. Thanks to the entire team ♥️ Butters is feeling so much better :) If you're looking for affordable urgent care with detail oriented care, this is the place to go.

Our puppy pug (13 weeks) was crying and showed signs of distress, which made us worry. We are so thankful they are open late because our little guys seemed better but then an hour later he cried and screamed after pulling on his lead. We brought him in and the staff were absolutely amazing with him. Very thorough and compassionate!!! The vet (who is the owner) helped us understand what was going on with our little guy and gave us treatments to help him. He even came back before we left because our little guy started yelping again and throwing his head in the air, explained what’s going on and made us very comfortable with his diagnosis. I have been to many vets and this one is top of my list!!! Amazing staff that cares, amazing vet and quick yet thorough. This will be our new place to care for our fur babies. I recently had to bring in this little goof ball because of an eye injury, and I had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check in was also super easy and we were quickly ushered back to an exam room. Dr. Clavijo was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, which I greatly appreciated. What stood out the most was their affordability compared to other veterinary offices I've been to. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their prices were, especially given the level of care provided. They genuinely prioritize the health and well-being of pets without pushing for unnecessary procedures and medications.
