Easy to schedule, outstanding communication from the initial call and then when we got to the appointment it continued with personal approach to my dog, and greeted us both with a caring, loving tone. Super staff, attentive, informative and did a great job working with our large 130 lbs furry friend. We were delighted and even scheduled a follow up in a few months. if you love your pet, they will love them too. A great team, take the time to talk with them and you will find out as I did.

Staff got me right in despite my showing up a bit late due to an error on my part. Personnel got along great with our dog, Buddy. Invoice was a bit more than I expected. My wife did research based on inexpensive vets in the area. Big chunks of it were for preventative medications so it wasn't really that bad. Every person I came in contact with was cordial, professional, caring and provided good information. Overall, a very, very good experience.

This is a very good and affordable vet. I was able to get appointments for the times I wanted without any problems. The staff is very friendly. I have taken my dog there a few times. They don’t so surgeries or some other major issues, but it’s perfect for most common needs.

I absolutely loved our visit today! Scheduling online was quick & easy. I appreciated the late afternoon appointment availability: The front desk greeted me as soon as we got walked in and the check in was a breeze. There was a minimal wait to see the vet and he was just as great as the front desk. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Our dog did great as well and left his “mark” in their room lol but they were very nice about it and even gave him a treat after his allergy shot. So glad that I have them a try and I will be a forever customer!!

Our most recent visit 2/2024: February 2024– Great visit. My lovable kitty ate as many snacks as they gave and purred through the entire visit. Dr. Pleasant-Reed is a jewel! 9/16/2022- Third visit for one of my cats, and he’s the nervous one. But he still settles down and was almost napping when the love that these folks gave him. Summer visit- My cats loved these folks! Doctor and techs were so nice to my cats. Professional, prompt and courteous.
