We took our sweet girl here after she accidentally got into the fertilizer. They were so kind and attentive and took her back immediately to be checked out. After they consulted the pet poison control hotline, the vet came out and told us her treatment plan and the expected cost. The vet also recommended she stay for observation for around 6 hours, which we chose to do. When we came to pick her up, they explained all our discharge instructions and answered all our questions. Everyone was so kind and caring and you could tell that they really do care for these animals like they are their own. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my Sadie girl!!

Dr. LaRue and technician Rosie and ALL of the staff at this location are my heroes. Seriously… my baby had a huge overgrown tumor on her bottom jaw and they were able to do a debulking procedure and the outcome has far surpassed my expectations. These professionals helped me from day one to feel welcomed and not judged which I felt terrible for letting it get this bad but money is tight these days. Now after a few months post op, she is doing AMAZING! The growth hasn’t started to return yet(which it likely will) but it’s so minimal now. She’s back to eating and being her normal self and I don’t cry everytime I look at her with a giant tumor in her mouth. So thank you to my heroes at Thrive in Mansfield, you healed a part of my heart when you fixed my girl!

Wow! This is my second time bringing an Italian greyhound into this facility and both experiences were wonderful! Last time, my iggy ate a bunch of sand and got so sick! I thought she wasn't going to make it and they fixed her right up! This time, our iggy puppy got on the counter and stole some grapes my son accidentally left there- she was SO SICK! Stumbling around, panting, diarrhea and just laying there. Fixed her up in no time too! Our nurse, April, and Dr. Candace were AMAZING!! So kind, knowledgeable and kept us updated every step of the way! Thank you!

The whole team at Thrive, including staff on both the ER side and the oncology side were fantastic! They took such great care of our cat. I've never seen him less stressed at the vet. The docs were very transparent regarding his diagnosis, options for further testing and treatment, and overall outlook. From start to finish, my wife and I were kept in the loop regarding his treatment plan. Their honesty and compassion truly made all the difference in the world during a very difficult time. 10/10 would recommend this place to anybody

From the moment I called Thrive, the overnight team was extremely helpful and accomodating in guiding me through how to handle my doodle's battery swallowing accident. From the time we arrived, to the time we left, the front desk ensured we were seen promptly, Eryn the tech kept me updated throughout the duration of the appointment and Dr. King was so kind and informative in assuring me that Paisley was clear of the battery she ingested. I would return to this practice for any of my doodle's medical needs and would recommend the Mansfield community to do the same. Incredible staff and service, especially for an overnight emergency.
