I had an amazing experience at Petfolk when my pup was dealing with GI issues. They were able to get us in for a same-day appointment when my regular vet couldn’t, which was such a relief. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed—the facility is bright, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The team took the time to explain everything thoroughly and provided a clear estimate before treatment, which I really appreciated. Arielle, our technician, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. My son came along, and they even let him listen to our dog’s heartbeat with a stethoscope—he absolutely loved it! We left with a solid treatment plan and the necessary medications, all without any hassle of having to go to a pharmacy afterwards. I was so impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I’ve decided to switch from my primary vet to Petfolk. Huge thanks to Arielle, Yantzi, and Lexie for making this such a positive experience!

Our dog Biggie cut himself badly, we were frantic. Called the folks at Petfolk and they said come right in! They were so wonderful. Very calm, professional. Got him right in and stitched up. Then the least important part but still important. I was very worried about cost, since it was an emergency procedure but the price was so much less than I expected. We have already been back with our other dog Rye for a routine visit. They are our new vets for sure! Here’s a picture of biggie when we got him home, happy, healthy, and a little high.

I loved visiting this facility. Upon walking in it smells great & the esthetic is very modern & bright. Lexi was super informative & helpful, really made our visit easy. & the Dr. quoted is put a few options for my fur-baby’s allergies. Will be returning & would recommend.

My wife and I recently moved to the area from Colorado. When I scheduled the appointment for our 8 year old dog, Petfolk contacted our previous vet and was able to have her records transferred before the appointment. Upon our arrival we waited patiently in the sleek and clean front area. (They had a bench to sit on.) All of the staff that greeted us, helped us, and sent us off were extremely kind and gentle. Something that I greatly appreciated was the fact that the staff took time to listen to everything that was going on with our dog. They had solutions, options, and steps to move forward in caring for her. The only thing that was missed was an overdue vaccination that I requested to be done, but we will be back in two weeks and can take care of it then. Plenty of grace for a brand new facility. Honestly, there are no complaints, our first visit was seamless and we are thankful it is so close to home.

I’m not sure I have the right words to fully express how impressed I was with my experience at this facility. The care team was attentive and efficient, the process was seamless, and the level of care felt truly top-notch. On top of that, the facility itself is beautiful—something I really appreciate as a lover of aesthetics. The entire experience was exceptional. I can only hope that every future visit is just as great, and I believe I’ve found my new go-to place for my pup’s veterinary care.
