We had to let our family pet cross the bridge and the staff here was so loving and compassionate towards my family and to our beloved Arnold. It means a lot to know they love on our animals with the same concern as their own. Terrible circumstance that was brightened by their obviously love.

We love Key Animal Clinic and Dr. Shockey! A stray showed up on our property last year and we got her scanned for a microchip at Key since it was closest to Shallowater. It was such a good experience, we chose to continue there for her treatment after she was diagnosed with anaplasmosis and dangerously low platelet counts. We had to come at least monthly for blood draws and yet Frida always hopped right into the car, tail wagging, because she loves going to Key! The techs are soo sweet with her, give her treats, and just make the experience so easy - even the blood draw. Dr Shockey was very knowledgeable & friendly. I could tell her #1 priority was always my pup’s health & comfort. Frida finally graduated from treatment after 6+ months and is feeling better than ever! Thanks so much Key! Appointments were easy to make and we received reminders. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Very punctual, very clean. Prices seem reasonable. Highly recommend!

Key is a wonderful veterinarian clinic. They have taken care of us since we moved to Lubbock in 2022, and care for our dog. Key was with us through a very difficult time as we had to face putting down my dog, and everyone handled us with compassion and respect. The staff made the process straightforward and kept up with us afterward, even sending a card. Staff have been gentle and sweet with both our dogs, even the one who was skittish around people — if your dog has a hard time at the vet, THIS is the place to bring them. Key worked with us through so much and we appreciate them so very much. Pricing is reasonable, the staff are wonderful, and we have always been pretty quickly in and out for visits. Not the cheapest in town but open part of Saturday, which to me is a very fair trade. I highly recommend this clinic.

We have had several vet emergencies this year, and Key Animal Clinic has been invaluable. They've saved two of our dogs lives this month. The staff at all levels is knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. Key Animal Clinic has my loyalty for as long as they're open or as long as I have pets.
