Dr Hewitt is so caring and was very attentive and informative to all of our worries as first time dog owners. Gator loved the treatment and we loved how good everyone was with him!! We are very excited and confident to continue Gator's care with PetFolk Frisco!

I was greeted immediately with my dog without a wait. The staff was super wonderful, caring, and great with their expertise tending to my dog. The facility is super clean and the best pristine vet office I have ever seen, everything is very clean. I highly recommend this facility because of the cleanliness, the professional expertise and the caring of the staff. A big Thank You to Jay!!!

I took my kitty in to see Dr. Samantha for a second opinion, after a negative fecal test and no answers from another vet (and continued diarrhea). Dr. Samantha not only took my concerns seriously, but she laid out an entire game plan for my boy. I was freaked out when my boy tested positive for a tapeworm, but she was very calm, and clear with me that this was easily treatable! After only one visit at this clinic, they have a client for life. Thank y’all for taking care of Ducky, and for easing my anxieties :)

We have been trying to find a vet in Dallas for a while now and are so happy with our decision to try out PetFolk. Our cat Poe, who is normally not a very good sport at the vet, was calm the entire appointment due to the caring and stress free environment that PetFolk provided. They were also very transparent with pricing and very thorough with their treatment plans.
