I just want to say how grateful I am to the staff here for taking such good care of my kitties. I hadn’t taken them to the vet ever and really needed to get them in for vaccinations and a general check up. They called when I made the appointment, before the appointment, and after the appointment to check in on them. From the moment I walked in they were so accommodating and knew my cats’ names. The facility itself was super cool, the first thing I saw was a dog pool and the boarding facility looked so classy and clean. My cats were super nervous and were acting not very nice but the staff was so nice and compassionate and got their vaccinations administered despite the struggle. They were gentle and you could just tell they were animal people and actually cared. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience and I’m so grateful to have a reliable and trustworthy place to bring my cats back to. A huge thank you to the whole team here, I’ll be spreading the word for sure about this place.

my dog was experiencing unexplained pain and GI upset, so i took him in to see Dr. Garcia at NewDay. I was thoroughly impressed with how well Dr. Garcia handled my furbaby and how thorough the exam was. Dr. Garcia was quick to locate the origin of his pain and start treatments on my pet immediately. I also loved that the vet assistant called and checked on my dog the next day. Extremely happy with the service and will now be bringing both my pets here to see Dr. Garcia!!

I brought in my senior Chihuahua for vaccines, and the staff was so gentle and understanding with her! My Chihuahua is very weary around strangers, so I was glad they took a little extra time to make sure she wasn't too stressed! They gave me lots of information and recommendations for my pup afterwards, and answered any questions I had! I will definitely be coming back again! :)

I came in to get my puppy the rest of her vaccines and to check out a few issues that she was having. The staff was super friendly and very attentive to my puppy and I. The appointment was very thorough and they were so sweet! I will definitely be coming back here for my other 2 dogs and my cats!
