If i could give zero stars I absolutely would! This company is not transparent and engages in highly questionable business practices. They claimed they had sent us an email detailing the pricing — we never received it. We thoroughly checked all inboxes and folders, and it simply wasn’t there. Despite this, they proceeded to charge us fees we never agreed to and insisted everything had been communicated, which was not the case. Whether through negligence or intention, this lack of clear communication and accountability is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor business conduct.

Couldn't recommend them any higher! I know people stress about them being booked months out but we received multiple calls for cancelation openings within two weeks or so of initially scheduling. Beth is also an awesome trainer who works hands in hand with the vet. Highly recommend! Almost messed up and sent our dog to a board and train which would of made the issue worst.
