I recently had to bring my cat into the Swann Clinic and they immediately knew what the problem was. She had an infection in her anal gland so they drained that, gave me antibiotics for her and a few pain pills. I was very, very lucky I brought her up there because it could have been way worst and spread ending in a bad situation. The whole staff was more the understanding when I started crying because I was so worried. I have had my cats since they were tiny babies maybe 5 weeks and they are 5 now so they were so sweet to me and helped my poor kitty. She is on the mend now after that horrible scare but she wouldn’t be here if I didn’t trust my gut and call them telling them my situation. They said bring her in now and they saved her life. I’m an so grateful for the whole staff for saving my Venus and being so sweet to me.

My red nosed Pit Bull was bitten by a rattlesnake one night and I took him to a small animal emergency center where they kept him overnight. I followed up with Swann Animal Clinic right after picking him up early the next morning. They fit me in immediately at the Urgent Care on 45th. From the moment we entered the building, I felt relieved. The staff was so friendly and calming while efficient at the same time. The vet came in pretty quickly and listened to my concerns. I felt “seen” here. She truly wanted to manage my Max’s pain quickly and monitor him. After spending a small fortune the night before, I was appreciative for the option of a high and low plan. I really felt like the doctor and techs took great care of my dog in a situation where I felt helpless. He looked and sounded a million times better after I picked him up that evening and I know that his speedy recovery is in large part to the capable staff at Swann. Thank you a thousand times!

This morning I desperately needed to get some things for my diabetic dog. I saw that Swann was open at 7:00. I was greeted by a kind, helpful technician. She helped me with my needs and went above and beyond to get what I needed. I am so grateful for her pure kindness. The waiting area was bright and super clean! I'll definitely be taking my pup there when needed.

We have had the best experience at all Swann locations with our fur babies! They take such good care of them and remain patient and answer all of our questions. Our dog gets scared of the vet when we go in, but she gets so excited to see the vet and get love and pets. Everyone is very kind and loving towards our animals. A little pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for regarding quality of care. 100% worth it! Could not recommend Swann more.
