They weren't answering the phone, and actually disconnecting my call after 1 ring over and over. When they finally answered, they literally hung up on me before I could finish asking for an appt! Then they actually took the phone off the hook. This is at 1045 am. Definitely a huge red flag and sign NOT to go there ever. Such unprofessional and rude staff. I wouldn't trust people like that to care for my pet.

We always have a great experience at this clinic! The staff are all wonderful and kind! The vet is caring and knowledgeable! The prices are always very reasonable! We highly recommend White County Veterinary Hospital!

In love with this place. The staff is so friendly, the Vet is knowledgable, and their prices are reasonable. You can tell they truly care about the animals they're seeing, and that means alot. No need to visit anywhere else when you have such a fantastic vet right in town.

Nice location far enough off the road with grassy areas when needed. Nice, large waiting room to ensure safety and personal space. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Got my 14 week old Aussie in same day for her shots. Only charged 32 bucks for the visit, shots, and rabies tag. It felt right and my Aussie did really good there. Looking forward to her 6 month visit with the vet.
