We have never had a better experience with a veterinarian or thier staff. Dr. P. was thorough in his care for our large dog. We had about as much face time with the doc as we did with his staff. He is highly engaged and called us on the phone directly multiple times to discuss care and test results. There is a high, fast, and positive energy in the facility. We will do business with Animal Care Hospital as long as they are in business.

I was at their place to pick up medicine one time and as I walked to the bathroom I heard Dr. Parsonson berating an employee about a syringe, I was taken aback and I feel like that is not appropriate workplace behavior. If you have a problem, take it to a meeting or somewhere, where the public can’t hear everything. One of the ladies that works up front, i don’t know their name but they’re super. Super nice, super patient with the animals, super helpful!!
