So incredibly kind and compassionate. I don’t have enough kind words for how well my PunPun was treated in her final moments. When your heart is this broken, you really need a team like them to walk you through it and then let you ugly cry alone for a bit.

I have been going to this vet since I got my puppy. Which she is no longer a puppy, they have been amazing until… i tried getting my dogs anxiety medication refilled. July 4th was two days away. Along with storms, called every location no answer and drove to the one on Main Street twice and the doors were locked. Now my dog is miserable and i have to pay almost close to two hundred dollars for her to be seen by a new vet to be able to get her anxiety medication. Down right wrong.

The vet was amazing and very kind to my pup. Very affordable also. The only negative was the tech telling me she felt a lot of anxiety from me and to calm down because my dog feeds off me, when I was totally calm. Did NOT appreciate her making assumptions about me! That crossed the line! Other than that, very pleased with Value Vet!

Prices are pretty good! Staff is very friendly! My cat got a booster shot and now has a knot on her hip the size of a dime that is hard. It's been almost a month and the knot is still there and isn't getting any smaller. I have found a cat specialist that I will be taking her to from now on.

So frustrating. No hours, no signs on doors, not open, will not answer phones, only can use online portal if you’re an existing client and know how to log in, which i am but can’t manage to do. I understand about Covid, but we were able to get service (while we waited in the car) in 2020 in the height of COVID. Now it’s 2024 and drove to both Nashville locations this morning, both closed, no sign on door, absolutely no way to contact them to find out when they’re even seeing patients! Ridiculous- how are they even still a operating business? They used to be the jam, now they are crossed off the list permanently. Goodbye Value Vet
