The entire staff of Five Points goes above and beyond for their clients. They answer the phones very promptly and are accommodating to any issues. The vets are always willing to talk about concerns and care options, and the techs are always excited to see how much our kitten has grown. I also appreciate that they bring cat owners to an exam room right away, it gives our cats time to explore the new space and obviously keeps them away from the dogs, for which our older cat is very thankful. Thank you for making our vet visits so easy, you guys are the best!!!

First time coming here. Our favorite doctor, Dr Tara Read, is now at this location. Staff was wonderful. Wish it was closer to my house but well worth the drive!

Kind people working for the animals here at 5 Points Animal Hospital. The vets and techs and receptionists are knowledgeable and hard-working people. There are multiple vets which makes it easy to schedule, even with some of my little emergencies or short-notice requests. Pricing is the higher-side of average in comparison to other vets in area, and I've been to most, I'd probably call it $$$$ on a $$$$$ scale. You can count on getting detailed and succinct estimates first. The quality of care coupled with their convenient location & easy parking makes it the best value for both time and money spent. Oha. And my animals... they dig them, too!

5 Points Animal Hospital is taking excellent care of our 12 year old cat Kimi. We wanted a local (Eastside) vet when we moved from downtown a year ago. Due to the diligence and expertise of Dr Windham, Kimi is off (unnecessary) meds for the first time in 6 years. Dr Windham really invested in Kimi’s case and found better solutions. Dr Windham is thorough and communicates effectively with laypeople. The staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciate the efficiency of the practice.
