Great experience. We picked a vet close by hoping we’d be happy. My husband took our new puppy in for his first vet visit and was beyond pleased. We really appreciated the attention and care our puppy received.

Richland animal clinic is amazing!! I could not recommend more. Everybody at the clinic loves your pet as their own. Dr. Thomas is also so wonderful and takes all of my concerns seriously and provides wonderful solutions. Communication with the clinic is beyond great. They are so quick to get me in whenever I have an issue with my dog going on. I seriously could not ask for a better vet or clinic. Thank you Richland for all you do!!

I’ve trusted Dr. Knox and her team with the care of my two cats for nearly a decade. Over that time, I’ve experienced consistent, high-quality, affordable care. Both of my cats are particularly uncooperative patients in-office, and Dr. Knox and her team have always taken a patient, gentle approach that minimizes the stress of the experience for both the cats and myself. I feel listened to when explaining symptoms or concerns, and I never feel rushed when we’re talking through treatment options and test results. The front desk team is helpful, friendly, and organized. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable vet that takes a genuine interest in your pet’s wellbeing, Richland Animal Clinic is a great choice.

We love Richland animal clinic! We take all 4 of our pups there and have had nothing but great experiences. Dr Thomas is so patient with my one dog who has some of the worst anxiety. No vet has been able to do a physical exam without him being horrible, but with the right fear free meds we were able to get an exam!! Can not recommend enough!
