We had the best experience with technician Olivia today! My dog has terrible anxiety. Olivia went above and beyond for not only Harper, but for me as well. We are so thankful for a place that goes above and beyond for us!

The positives: staff (vets, receptionist, techs) here were fantastic when I had to bring my dog in for the first time for treatment then later euthanasia. That experience was great, and I would have left 5 stars if not for what happened today. The negatives: Utterly disgusted with the way my boyfriend and I were treated by receptionist staff after bringing in a horribly injured stray cat for relinquishment (we unfortunately couldn't afford his treatment). My boyfriend was instantly treated like a liar trying to get free treatment for "our" cat, when we clearly stated that this cat was found injured on the road, and we were traumatized enough trying to keep him comfortable and wondering if he was going to take his last breath while in my arms. They ignored that, and instead asked if he had been neutered, microchipped, etc, which we clearly don't know... Because he's literally not our cat. Instead of declining to take the cat in, or recommending where else we could take him, they insisted on treating us very rudely. I'm not sure what the goal of that was, other than to make us regret coming there. We will not be returning.

Dr. Cobb and entire staff were excellent. He narrowed down my two cats issues in short order and handled everything very professionally. Would highly recommend.

I called this place because we got a new puppy and our old vet would no longer recognize us as clients. This place took us in last minute with no questions asked and when I said the appointment needed to be way before what they offered, she made it happen for us! My pup was so afraid because she’s not used to people and they coaxed her with treats and love! We have an appointment for her next round of care in a month and we will continue to go here for all Echo’s needs! We also got a gift bag; I’ve never had a vet treat my animal as well as they treated Echo! It was more like a trip to see family instead of a Dr and we hardly know them yet!

Really liked Dr. Lisa and tech that took care of Darla. We got there a little early and had to wait, no problem, but when people came in that had appointments after us got called to the back, I was not happy. We were in the waiting area for almost 35 minutes. Three or four others went in ahead of us.
