West Hills Animal Hospital did so well with my cat! she is an angel for me but is very scared of people that she doesn’t know and can even act feral when they try and handle her so taking her to the vet is always such a hassle. while my cat was definitely a handful, they never made me feel like it was an inconvenience to deal with her like other places did and i could tell they were doing everything they could to make us both comfortable during the whole process!! i will definitely be taking my cat back when it’s time for her to get checked out again!

This vet is amazing!!! From when they answer the phone, when you walk through the door, go into a treatment room with your animal, they do it with such kindness and respect. They saved our dog Rogue life. They had so much knowledge and really worked hard for weeks to get our girl better. The Doctors and Cass are wonderful. We absolutely just adore Cass, she is amazing. I feel like they treat our dog like their own and that is hard to find. I’m so thankful I found this office. We think everyone that works there is amazing and so sweet!

The entire staff are the best. They loved Sadie and took lots of time with us helping to understand what our plan was for her care. She is 15 years old and having joint pain and dementia. Thank you Dr. Brent and staff.

They did so well with my dog! He’s a senior pup, and they took their time and thoroughly checked him out. They answered any questions we had. The visit didn’t feel rushed. They gave my pup treats to make him feel calm. They called the next day with the lab results. Very happy with our visit!
