I was very pleased with my experience at VIPets Hardin Station. The front desk staff helped when I called to schedule an appointment; and they were very welcoming when I arrived and checked out. The vet tech and Dr. May were kind, helpful, and explained my kitten’s health situation in a clear way. She took her time to evaluate Frankie and discuss with me Frankie’s condition. He is now feeling much better as the prescribed medicine worked perfectly! I even received a message from Jordan the day after our visit to check in on my kitty. Definitely one of the best vet experiences I’ve had!
