I highly recommend this facility. My dog had an injury today and they worked us into the schedule quickly, even though we weren’t an established patient. They were upfront about all costs with me and their prices were reasonable. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming! The facility was clean and well maintained. My pet saw Dr. Kidd and I could not be more pleased. He was gentle with my dog and explained everything to me and patiently answered all of my questions. We have found our new home for veterinary medicine in the Knoxville area. My little man is now resting up and on his way to a hopefully quick recovery. I am so thankful to have found this business and look forward to going back for regular care for my pet. Thank you to everyone at Karns Animal Clinic!!

These amazing vets saved the day with an AI when I came 8 hours to breed my dog and she didn't want to cooperate! Compassionate, patient, caring, and worked me into their schedule with less than an hour's notice even though they were needing to close because the weather was turning -nasty-.

These people saved my babys life! I cannot say enough good things about the caring professional care they showed towards me and her. Hershee had to have emergency surgery and stayed for 3 days but she wouldn't be with me now if it wasn't for them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I take big john here they care for him like he is theirs they removed a lump on his leg and they helped with his pulled muscle I was scared when he couldn't move and he is my baby I thank them very much

This clinic was great to work with. They were very understanding for my girls emergency labor/delivery situation. They were also pretty cost conscious for me. Although the outcome wasn’t a desirable one, they helped us recover the best possible one we could get out of it. Im grateful for the staff that worked with us that day.🙏🏼
