We're brand new to the area and have not established with a veterinarian. When I called with an emergent appointment for my Aussie they bent over to make sure he was seen! He received excellent and kind care... both at the west location and for followup at the downtown site! We'll be back!

We’ve used this vet for a long time and they always provide excellent care to my pets! The people at all of the locations are very helpful and Friendly. Yesterday we had our dogs Tim and Finn neutered. I was really nervous about it at drop off, but the staff put my mind at ease and they even remembered our puppy Tim and went on about how cute and sweet he is! We got a reassuring text right after surgery. The communication from them is always excellent! At pick up the staff was very helpful and told us how they loved on the dogs all day. Highly recommend this place!!

While boarding my dog, Robinson lost her while taking her for a walk. Barely helped search, finally someone had turned her in after 2 days of searching. When meeting with Mrs. ROBINSON After everything. She did not apologize for her facility losing my dog & not helping find her. She did not say a word to me when she had every chance to. 0/10 Would not recommend, not only because they lost my dog but because the owners are not good people.
