BEWARE!!! Dont use this service for grooming. Left my dog soaking wet, feet wet and dirty, did not blow dry at all, did not clean ears, did not trim around pads, forgot to trim claws, but charged . SO ANGRY. I GOT RIPPED OFF!! . Pet smart does it all for only 33. Will never come back here for any services. Not to mention it took 5 hours and my dog was the only one there for groom. How does this happen? Lousy

My puppy was in transport and fell ill with Parvo. Dr Crisp was the only place close that agreed to help on extremely short notice. They love your pets as family and really go the extra mile explaining the treatment and process.

We have known Dr Jimmy Crisp since 2007. We moved to Dyersburg with a blind pomeranian named Dillard, he was blind since birth. Dr. J Crisp, immediately made us feel right at home. He was our PDC Primary Dog Caregiver and helped us through those ending days with our beloved Dillard. Dr. Crisp is still our Veterinarian for our second dog LucyLu and we lean on him yearly for shots and meds. His personality is warm and friendly. My german sheperd loves to go here!!! He knows he is going to get a nice bath and excellent care. Everyone knows me and my dog by name and they treat us like family. I could never find the words to say how truly grateful abd thankful I am to have them in our lives!!! They are amazing they love my dog like I do!!!

Wouldn't think of taking my fur baby anywhere else. You feel good leaving your pet there for a procedure. Staff is super in all areas whether it be the front desk or helping in the back!!
