How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Dickson Veterinary Clinic

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

I absolutely love this place! I bring all of my 6 pets to them and all the fosters i have. The customer service is outstanding and for the first time ever I have found a vet that truly cares about animals. They don’t rush you, they take great care of my reactive dog (who wears a muzzle always when going in public places) and they’re just all around genuine, caring people. They will have my business and support for life!

Always good experiences with our vets, they are so good with the animals. Angie and the office are awesome too. Dr Duke helped our large dog survive heartworms and gave me the materials needed to nurse my cat back from bobcat fever. She survived.

Our regular vet was closed and we had a big emergency. This office never blinked. They took our sweet Gemma immediately and gave her emergency treatment. Dr. Keller and staff (Ashley) were kind and compassionate in every step including getting us to the right place to continue care. Thanks guys. You are the best. My nerves couldn't take it without your calming, caring compassion.

I love all the staff at Dickson Vet Clinic. From Angie at the front desk to everyone of the vet techs that have worked with my fur babies. They are very accommodating getting you an appointment and never make you feel like your a bother. Dr. Duke is amazing. He is thorough and caring. All the staff take time to talk to you and not through you. Their prices are great and being able to check out in the room is such a plus! Best vet in town in my opinion.
